The newly refurbished Double rooms at Macdonald Manchester Hotel are absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay. The comfortable beds and triple-glazed windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep, making it ideal for someone like me who values tranquility.

Personally, I found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim.

The rooms are new-fashioned and huge, the beds are really big. It has perfect and exceptionally nice location to see Gay Village.

Everything was very good, had a very pleasant stay on night of stay. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area in the room.

There were some issues. the noise levels on my floor were quite high, with people coming in late at night and making a lot of noise.

Food was good, staff was lovely. The beds were very uncomfortable here, even so it was a such wonderful stay all in all. Our accommodation was set in a very central location just off Piccadilly train station and the metrolink, restaurants and city centre. We loved to have evening drinks at Tgi Fridays, based nearby.

I had a just perfect stay in a long time. It was impeccably clean and stunningly beautiful place, updated rooms. I truly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfy. View of sunsets was particularly good. The hotel had a very central location and it was a short walk to Manchester Piccadilly. A great selection of food options near the venue.

I stayed at this hotel for the Christmas markets and it was perfect! The room was lovely with a bath, which is becoming rare these days. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they even put a Christmas tree in our suite, which made it extra special.
